“Our stay in Tupelo”; Nov 14, 2012 James H, Mobile; was given one price as total for stay in confirmation and charged $ 4.63 more for having a safe in our room. Which we did not ask for a room a safe or use it. That was a complete surprise to us. We expect to pay what our confirmation tells us is the total.
