“Shuttle service”

My first clue should have been having to jump the shuttle bus with my truck to get it started. On the way back to the hotel, the bus ran out of gas. We sat in the middle of the road for close to 1/2 an hour while the driver explained that he doesn't make enough money to deal with the situation himself. It was quite an experience.I understand that stuff happens and I gave the driver and front desk lady the benefit of the doubt. However, I was quite surprised to not hear from the hotel management with an apology for the inconvenience. The lady at the front desk was a sweet girl but also did not offer an apology. The proffesionalism of the staff and management was very poor. Your whole staff is in dire need of customer service training.
