“Poor Customer Service”

I made reservations at this Baymont because I had previously stayed in the other one in Jackson on I55. First of all, I am in no way a complainer. I know that things aren't always perfect. However, upon entering the hotel at the reservation desk, the agent was very rude. When I went upstairs, the keys didn't work. So, I went back downstairs, to inform agent. She "activated" more keys. These didn't work either. So, eventually a maintenance man came to fix whatever was wrong. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the duvet on one of the beds was tossed in the corner on the floor. One of the beds had no blanket on it. I was traveling with a coworker and we didn't have enough towels. After we came back from dinner, we asked the same agent if we could have more towels. She replied" yall aint got no towels". She sighed heavily and came back with one set. We told her that we both needed towels. She came back, again with an attitude, with more towels. We reported this to the morning receptionist/clerk/agent, and she said that management would call us. I am still waiting for that call. I don't think that this is a Baymont problem, I think that this is a Pearl, MS Baymont problem.
