“Confusion”

It seemed that the staff had no idea that your hotel was the overflow hotel for a convention I was in town for. Besides that the refrigerator wasn't plugged in when I arrived and when I did plug it in it wouldn't get cold. They had to bring me a new one later that day. The shuttle service to the GLLA host hotel was a huge problem. We were told there would be transportation to and from the hotel all day. When I asked I was told I had to schedule it in advance. When I attempted to do so I was told that the hotel wasn't offering it this year. After convincing on my part the person at the desk said he would make a one time exception. The next morning when I used the shuttle the driver said, "Just give us a call when your ready to be picked up... I'll be doing this all day." At 11pm when I contacted the hotel about a pick up I was told pickups only go till 11 and I just missed it. The rest of the four days I was there I took a taxi instead because I couldn't rely on the service I was told to expect at the hotel.
