“I have stayed at the Hattisburg, Ms. location on several...”

I have stayed at the Hattisburg, Ms. location on several occasions. However, this last stay was hororable. The room had water bugs in the bathroom. The people in the room to my right made weid noises and wall banging sounds all throughout the night and day. The room to my left was a machanical room and it also made the wall on that side vibrate all throughout the day and night. I reported these issue to the front desk attendant and she stated" That she would let the hotel manager know and that he would get back in contact with me concerning these issues". I have still not talked to manger yet!
