“While I understand there are not many options for hotels in...”

While I understand there are not many options for hotels in Grenada, I must say that I was highly unimpressed and often times disgusted with the property. The room was neat, carpet was clean, and I did not have an odor in my room. However, the shower curtain had mold and every time you turned the shower on, the curtain, because of it's poor quality and thin material, wraps itself around you (making the floor wet, and likely the reason for the mold that was also on the floor). The second and most annoying part of the stay is that there is clearly a shortage of towels on the property. The fact that there are not enough clean towels at the hotel speaks poorly of management. Buy more towels!!! On the second morning of my stay, I walked to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and I was asked to exchange my dirty towels for clean ones. Sure, no problem. I have no use for the dirty towels. The problem however, was that I was asked to walk back to my room and collect the dirty towels and bring them back to the laundry facility! The young ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and polite, but the request in itself is absurd. I almost forgot, the pool on the second clearly needed some tending too. There were dead frogs floating in the pool. I needed to print something, but the computer had a virus and was unavailable. I ran into another guest at the vending machine who asked if my room smelled, because theirs had an odor. There's not a chance in the world that I would accommodate this hotel and likely not another in the Wyndham group after this experience.
