“Customer UNservice”

I was happy with my room. It was clean and comfortable. I am not thrilled with the servie we recieved. We were not informed on the dinner that was served for guests. Check out is for noon and around 930 am we started getting knocks on our door. I informed them that we were still in our room, but by 10 am they were knocking again. I understand that they want to get the rooms cleaned and a lot of people pay by credit card and don't check out, but we got a total of 4 knocks on our door. It felt like they were trying to rush us out. When I checked out, I informed the front desk attendent that she (same front desk employee that checked us in) didn't tell us about dinner. Instead of apologizing she denied it and tried to make it look like I was in the wrong. Not very professional.
