“Ran out of towels....what?”

This was a nice hotel, the problem was that there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, after swimming the night we checked in, we used the only towels in our room. When I went to the front desk to get more, they said they were all out and wouldn't have any until housekeeping was able to clean rooms and do laundry. Needless to say I wasn't happy, but I did walk to the pool area to get pool towels so that we could at least have something to dry off with after our showers. I was quite disappointed that this happend when I'm paying $125 for the night. And the jets to the hot tub have to be manually turned on at the front desk....no signage anywhere to notify users of this, had to find out the next morning by overhearing another guest comment about it to the front desk. I would give this hotel another shot but will be asking for more towels immediately. The exercise room was also closed. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and updated.
