“Not thrilled with front desk person”

Let me just say that the front desk person seemed overly happy to give me bad news. I reserved through hotwire and I had on the reservation that four of us were coming. The lady at the front desk said that our room will only have a double bed. She said we could upgrade for $20.00 a night and get two beds. I told her the reservation was for four people - why only 1 double bed. And she said that's what happens when you reserve with hotels.com, which is not where I reserved. But anywire, it just went bad from there. She did nothing to try to accomadate me or anything. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've stayed in at least 25 hotels this year and NEVER had someone treat me this way.
