“Unhappy with our stay”

My husband and I recently stayed two nights in Traverse City, Michigan. I haved stayed in many hotels for consecutive nights and never have the sheets not been changed daily. When we returned to our room late Monday and turned our sheets back, our sheets had not been changed. Considering that hotel stays will usually involve intimate exchanges, I would expect that the sheets would be changed. And also I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner and used the ones in the room. Housekeeping did not remove the used, empty bottles and then did not replace them with new ones for our second day. I called the front desk when we returned to the room and complained to the front office manager and she stated that their policy was that they did not change the sheets in a room unless you stayed three nights or more. I think that is horrible. You have lost a customer with that policy. We would not return to your hotel. I would think that maybe you should reconsider that policy.
