“Dated and damaged room with broken wi-fi”

Upon arrival, we noticed that the towel rack was broken and we had to put it back together. The wallpaper was torn in the bathroom as well, and we had box-elders and stink bugs to contend with. On top of this, there were major issues with the free wi-fi that we took to the front desk. We were kind of shrugged at and told to complain to corporate as their router was old and needed replacing. The room decor was dated and the AC made a ton of noise when used. I was a bit surprised at the overall quality of the room and hotel, and how poor it was. Continental breakfast and the fridge were honestly the best part.One last item; an elderly woman was in the lobby when we checked in, sobbing about a second injury she received from a bed frame. She was cut and asking for help and was hastily shoved a first aid kit to fend for herself. Very poor work by the office staff.Overall, I will not be inclined to come back until things improve.
