“wretchet & unprofessional”

The customer service was unprofessional! The cleaning staff did not speak English.The beds were unsafe with metal rods sticking out the sides of the bed. There was old hotel furniture such as mattresses, lamps, old rolled up carpet & chairs in the hallways and blocking the patio doors to the rooms. The carpet was dirty and in some spots coming up. The rooms weren't clean and there was paint tape on the patio doors . There was peeling paint on the ceiling. We had to wait over an hour for clean towels. The rooms were not clean & most of the service staff did not speak English! There was a bunch of wild teenagers running throughout the hallways! Initially when I mentioned the issues I was having with the service and the room I was told the hotel was being renovated and the attitude was oh well deal with it! Being 6 months pregnant at the time with my small children it was a very stressful experience. They did however, after I continued to complain about the service & condition of the room, refund $38 to my card three days later. Regardless, I want a full refund & I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else!
