“Good Until Christmas Went Wrong”

i have been staying at this Baymont, regularly, for the last 4 months. Most of my experiences have been good until my last stay which was up through Christmas. During my stay I asked for a printout because I extended longer then I had expected Sometimes I stay weeks in a row. Upon getting my bill I noticed I had been being over charged. I asked for resolution on the charges as I just had made another payment with one of my other credit cards. john who was the clerk told me he could not and I then asked I be contacted that night because I am scheduled to leave Christmas day. I was never contacted and the charges never resolved. I then contacted the morning clerk Mashay who has not been so nice or professional since my last few stays, If not that she often seems dismissive, condescending whenever I call to ask questions or get resolution on my bill and asked to speak to the manager. She actually laughed. This was my favorite hotel but has quickly become my worst because over charging me and the clerk Mashay's bad service. Kim and Ogein were great!
