“Average at best....”

Got a deal on hotel stay and zoo tickets- was very well priced so I was not expecting to much in regards to the hotel. Room was small but decent, words to the wise....bring your own towels and check your bill carefully!NO towels to be found at the pool and bathroom towels in the room were not replaced when the room was made up. Requested towels for the pool multiple times and for the room multiple times, we did receive bathroom towels at around 9:00 that night- still no pool towels when we checked out on Sunday.Bathrooms in any of the common areas were too gross to enter, clogged toilets and very dirty.Paid for the 2 night stay through Living Social- checked my account (still need credit card to reserve room) and was billed for one night. Called to get it resolved- was told it would be taken care of. Checked the next day and was billed again! Now have paid for this stay 3 times! It was all resolved on the second phone call and the credit has hit my account, but was treated like it was not a big deal.
