“Good Initial Impression, but poor housekeeping quality”

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Breakfast, quality of room and bed, and cleanliness were impressive on check-in. However, the housekeeping maintenance quality was severely poor. Despite me putting the card that requests new linens on the bed 7 times, my linens were never changed. The room was vacuumed only once during my whole stay. The information welcome binder thing had sticky pages. The paper pad was wrinkled. The making of the bed was poor, with the fold down scrunched up and never flat. I even called the front desk once requesting new linens. Nothing happened. The front desk was kind though, and there were fresh cookies often. The computer keyboard in the lobby was oily and the printer out of paper. The computer was also often hogged up by a friend of the manager's who doesn't stay there.If you're only going to be here for a couple nights, then this would be a reasonable place to stay. If you need something more than that, I would suggest either changing rooms in the middle of your stay, or just going somewhere else. The initial presentation was lovely, but the housekeeper that does the remaking of the old rooms is just sloppy. I even watched her clean my room once, and it was pathetic. My bathtub even got dirty after she cleaned it rather than cleaner.
