While I am extremely pleased by and appreciative of the compliment paid to our front desk staff, I must say I am dismayed by the comments made regarding the quality of our linens. As many of the kids from both hockey teams staying that weekend were using room towels for the pool rather than pool towels, we did eventually have to use somewhat aged towels intended to be donated to goodwill rather than given to our guests. This was done with your approval and most of parents were made aware of this and had no objection. We made every attempt to accommodate your team in this regard, I must say that I find this comment to be perhaps a little unfair and untruthful. « hide

Given your experience, I must agree that this is not our best, and I assure you we will do better! In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we do leave the heat on it's lowest setting in the guests' rooms while they are vacant, and I apologize sincerely that it was not comfortable upon your arrival. While we are extremely proud of our hardworking housekeeping staff, there is always room for improvement, and I will be working personally with each and every team member to ensure that no future guest has a subpar experience. After reviewing your comment about the hallways and carpeted public areas I had them all professionally steam cleaned last week. I'm glad the complimentary breakfast was a bright spot in your stay. On a personal note, as I was the clerk serving breakfast the morning of your stay, I would like to thank you very much for the compliment.
