While this sort of behavior is the exception rather than the norm, and the staff does everything in their power to address all issues, it is regretable that some people lack respect for others to that degree. While I am extremely pleased by and appreciative of the compliment paid to our front desk staff, I must say I am dismayed by the comments made regarding the quality of our linens. As many of the kids from both hockey teams staying that weekend were using room towels for the pool rather than pool towels, we did eventually have to use somewhat aged towels intended to be donated to goodwill rather than given to our guests. This was done with your approval and most of parents were made aware of this and had no objection. We made every attempt to accommodate your team in this regard, I must say that I find this comment to be perhaps a little unfair and untruthful. « hide
