“Why didn't I get the online rate and breakfast with protein and credit toward Wyndham Rewards”

Hello, why didn't the front desk give me my $60.00 online rate and then grumble, I wish they would tell us about this before hand. I paid $79 for the room, I felt very ripped off. The breakfast every day did not include any eggs or meats. One day didn't even have bread. I would like to get my reward points posted to the Wyndham Rewards but the server said that there is a huge delay...in Oct. Guess things will not improve for the holiday guests coming up either.We stayed in Tupelo, MS Baymont last year, I complained how dirty the hotel room was and that they did not set out breakfast for two hours later than posted and when they did they made enough for the hotel staff only. They let me have decaf coffee that was left over from the morning before. I never heard back from anyone about that complaint. We had stayed at six Baymonts that trip and Tupelo was the worst and no one addressed my concerns.
