“sons birthday”; Feb 16, 2013 Douglas A, Muskegon; The hote was packed when we stayed there. I was told there wasn't one available room. I wanted to bring that up because though the hotel was full, we didn't feel like it complicated our stay at all. The hotel staff was always friendly and right on top of things at all times. Wonderful experience at a really reasonable rate.
