Baymont Inn and Suites Mt. Pleasant

At the Baymont Inn we do value all feedback since it will help us know what changes to make and how we can improve. I apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory for you. The décor was just updated in 2011 in the rooms and we are currently going through another renovation to update the tile, vanity and curtains in all guest rooms. I will certainly have my maintenance man take a look at the pool paint and also the ac as well. I do hope that you may give us a second chance in the future. « hide

The room you stayed in hasn't been remodeled yet and the new tubs are even more fantastic! I apologize that your room wasn't up to standard when you checked in and was happy to send the head of housekeeping down to make sure you were satisfied.
