Baymont Inn and Suites Mt. Pleasant

Thank you for your feed back about your recent stay. I would like to apologize that you assumed there was a manager in the back office and wouldn't come out to speak with you. I, the general manager, was actually not at the hotel and my assistant manager was calling me to get her questions answered. I am truly sorry about what happened to your vehicle however if there was an accident then it is standard procedure to call the police. In a private parking lot with no survelliance the hotel wouldn't assume liablity if we weren't sure of the actual events that took place. Aside from this I would like to let you know that the hotel is renovating our rooms right now. We would love to see you again in the future if you would be willing to give us another try! « hide

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our property. I'm glad to hear that everything was clean and comfortable for you. Although Michigan is a non smoking state we still do have the inconsiderate guests that break the rules and smoke in the rooms. I apologize for the inconveneince and will have our professional cleaning service take care of this room. The hot tub is usually kept around 102 degrees however I will go down to the pool area and make any necessary adjustments. We would love to have you as our guest again in the future! « hide

We have been making several large orders to get the old ones weeded out and out of circulation. We will continue our efforts on this. I apologize again that breakfast fell short for you as well. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize about the large group waking you up during your stay and about the pool being too chilly for your liking. The pool is always kept around 86 degrees for our guests but I will go down and test the water to make any necessary adjustments. I'm glad everything else seemed to be pleasant during your stay.
