“Check in was mediocre at best, not a lot of personality or...”; Mar 05, 2013 Julie C, Clawson; Check in was mediocre at best, not a lot of personality or friendlieness. Not, however rude either.The hallways smelled like body odor.The hotel room smelled like smoke even though you are a smoke free establishment. "Breakfast" was just okay.The hotel seems to need a facelift. Something to bring it more appealing and up to date. Although the room wasn't filthy, it was not very eye friendly.

The staff usually strives to make sure our guests are very satisfied with their stay. I will certianly show this survey to everyone and we will make adjustments.
