“HORRIBLE”

If I could rate this hotel and the management a zero I would! This customer service in this hotel was horrible! I booked the hotel online through the 1-800 number and was told when I got there that was "my first mistake." I did not receive the room I booked when I arrived and was told by the hotel's management that it was not their fault, even though I called back a week before my stay to confirm my reservation. I had to ask for a cot in the room to compensate for the room not having enough places for everyone to sleep. I then had to ask three times for extra blanks, when I finally received the two extra blankets I needed they had no pillows for the beds. I should have had a King bed in my room and a Queen pull out. I end up with a King Bed, a roll in cot and a futon, which would have been fine if I would have had the proper bedding for it all and I was not made to feel like it was my fault. They have no diabetic supplies for breakfast (which they openly admitted, they have been asked several times for), NO ONE under the age of 18 can be in the pool after 10 pm even if NO ONE else is in the pool area and they are with an adult, there was clumps of hair in our towels hanging on the rack in our bathroom and my bathing suit bottoms came up missing after housekeeping was in our room. To top it off there are mouse traps under the heating units in the vending areas. After sending this message to the General Manager and her promising to call several times but no contact was made, I have given up on this hotel and them making ever trying to fix this awful experience. The staff and management's customer service again WAS HORRIBLE!
