“Filthy Sheets”

I have been trying to sit down and make a call to the corporate offices regarding my recent stay at your Hotel in Kalamazoo Michigan on Chistmas Day. At the time of my arrival the room/suite was not very clean, it looked as if someone had come in really quick and attempted to clean but left some things untouched, for example the sheets felt gritty, and dirty. I called down to the front desk and spoke with the clerk, he indicated that he would get housekeeping first thing in the morning, when they came in to clean the room I had to leave, but when I returned I noticed that the room was not cleaned, the bed was made up with the same sheets, the reason I know that the sheets was not changed is because I accidentally spilled hot chocolate the night before, it was still on the sheets when I pull the covers back to get in the bed. I spoke with a young lady name Amanda, she said she was the manager and had to talk to the housekeeper that cleaned the room, and she would call me, she offered to take $10.00 off my bill, this was my second stay at this hotel, I am a returning customer. There was a lot of back and forth during my stay. Amanda never called me back as she promised. I won't be staying at this hotel anymore, the worse thing you can have is nasty disgusting sheets and the housekeeper didn't even empty the trash. It was horrible, I have stayed at some nice hotels, and this was just a horrible experience. When you pay for something as a customer, you should get what you pay for. I didn't pay for dirty sheets, and not to have my calls returned,
