“Pleasant surprise....”

I've never stayed in a Baymont before. We were pleasantly surprised. Loved the jacuzzi suite. King bed was comfortable; room was bigger than expected. It was great having a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was nice and adequate. Similar room to our stay for five days at the Courtyard, but the daily rate was half the price. Great that there was a laundry facility, too.Alexis, the night clerk, acted as a tour guide for us. She recommended one thing for us to do -- take the train thru Cuyahoga Nat'l Park -- and it was the best thing we could have done. She found out the details and printed out the directions for us from MapQuest. Only two suggestions I would have is the carpeting needs edge cleaning all around and the lamps/tables were a bit dusty. So a little more meticulous cleaning instead of just general.
