“Terrible staff + broken toilet + thin walls= no sleep”

The woman who checked us in to the hotel raised her voice to me when I misunderstood something she was saying. Even the guests in line were appauled. I am not the type to complain or be confrontational so I just took the horrible treatment. She also knew we were attending a wedding and one of the guests of the wedding brought their dogs to the hotel and she literally followed us out to our car knocked on the window and asked us to tell the guest if we knew him, that his dogs were too loud. Very unprofessional and just mean. Shame on you Baymont your employees need hospitality training. Never Again!
