“Pleasent nite stay”

We enjoyed the room and the Motel but the Check in was Very Bad. We mad reservations a month in advance for a King Bed room and upon check in were told all that was left was 2 doubbles. There was a check in just in front of me that had no reservation and was given a King room but when I got to the counter I was told the Kings were over booked and there were none left. We brought 9 couples with us all with reservations and some had to be upgraded due to the lack of king rooms and some had to take 2 bed rooms when all were supposed to be king rooms. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? One of the rooms was so bad with SMOKE SMELL the occupants had to get candles to butn to make it liveable. That being said our room was just fine. The clerk was new to the job and had to keep calling superiors to get answers. She was very appologetic and courtious.
