“First Time Disappointment at This Location”

We've stayed here frequently and have always been pleased. This trip was an exception for the following reasons.We were quoted a rate of $63.00 per night (plus taxes) but when checked in the folio indicated $66.00 per night. We didn't quibble over a few dollars. However, the next days check out folio charged us $76.00 for the second night. This was not what we were quoted. When I approached the desk clerk, she said she would need to talk to the Manager, but she tried for about 15 minutes to no avail. We just left without resolving the pricing issue. The staff here has always been top notch, but the people we encountered on this trip were not very helpful and seemed to lack any authority. Also, the Continental Breakfast was out of nearly everything and we had to ask to restock pastries, milk, orange juice, waffle mix, and coffee.Also, they spelled my name wrong (first and last) even though we've stayed here at least two dozen times before.Not what we have come to expect!
