“The hotel shuttle is shared with another hotel and lacks...”

The hotel shuttle is shared with another hotel and lacks organization. I called the hotel to request shuttle and was told they would arrive in 30min, after 55min the shuttle arrived and still had to make pickups on west side of airport, arrived at hotel 1 1/2 hours after first phone call. The shuttle driver was very polite and helpful. I would recommend taking a cab if your in a hurry, which is what i will do in the future. Hotel staff was friendly while checking in. There is no hand towel near the sink in the room, had to hang a towel on a hanger on the clothes line nearby. The rooms dont have heat/air until you install your room card in this eco friendly controller, I think the concept is good but our room was freezing and took a couple of hours to get comfortable. The bed has tons of pillows on it but they are tiny and dont do much for me considering im 6' 3" 260lbs. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I could not hear other room noise or people walking in the hall which was a plus. The breakfast in the morning was great, lots of selection for even the pickiest eaters. We got in at almost 10pm and we left at 9am, I do feel this was a great value.
