“Average stay - needs some TLC”

The hotel is right off the interstate so it was easy to find. The lobby area is very clean and nicely decorated. The room was a suite so it was big enough for my family (traveled with a 4 yr old and a 15 month old). The room was very clean but it needs A LOT of work. The carpet was coming up away from the wall, the ceiling fan did not work (when I turned the knob, it actually fell off), the light bulb in the sink area was blown, The sink stopper was stuck and so the since drained slowly (We pulled non it enough that we fixed it good enough to use the sink) and the microwave wouldn't pop a bag of popcorn (it needs to be replaced). We didn't report any of these problems because we were only there 2 nights and didn't want to deal with anyone in and out of our room. We didn't really "need" anything from the staff while we were there other than the sofa bed didn't have a pillow. We called the front desk and she said she thought they were out of pillows but she did call back after she managed to find one. The desk clerks seemed to be friendly but again, we didn't really need to interact with them. The cleaning staff did a great job of tidying up in the mornign and restocking our towels, soap, etc. The breakfast is not that good but it is the same hotel breakfast you will get any where else. We paid for this room with rewards points but I don't think I would book here again. I will probably pick some where that has been remodeled a litte more recently.
