“nice room..stay could've been better”

We went to check in about 4:30pm. The front desk said our room "almost ready." After 60mins. of waiting in the lobby our room was finally ready! then we get up to the room and neither key works. I go back down to the lobby and and got 2 new keys, this time they worked. We checked out the room, left our things and went to dinner. when we got back a couple of hours later the entire first floor had a real bad wet dog smell. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor so when we got up there we couldn't smell it. Went to the room and Niether Key worked again! went BACK down for 3 new keys and THEY didn't work either! so after a 3rd trip we finally got a key that worked. We started the Jacuzzi tub and the water pressure was so low that it took almost an hour just to fill it up and then it wasn't even that hot. The room itself wqs nice and clean, but those other issues did NOT make for a veryh good stay!
