“Potential is there”

Hotel appears to be going through a philosophical change and they can't make up their minds which way to go. When I arrived, the Baymont had coffee in the rooms. When it ran out, it was not replaced. So, in order to get my first cup, I had to clean up and go to the public breakfast room. This is not my usual routine. I'm not a business traveler any more. Also, the yogurt was a popular brand that has no redeeming nutritional value. Since there was neither a mini-fridge nor a micro-wave in the room, I couldn't go buy a decent brand of yogurt, nor could a keep my coffee hot. Every time I wanted a cup, I had to traipse to the breakfast room. So improvements would be1. coffee maker in room2. laundry on premises3. nutritionally redeeming yogurt.
