“Enjoyed Stay & Have Comments”

We were greeted by the nicest person, Peter, your night manager. He was pleasant & very helpful. Every time we saw him, he had a smile & a kind word to say. He started our trip in such a great way. So very friendly & WONDERFUL customer service skills. He deserves recognition!Unfortunately, we also had a negative experience with another manager. She was the manager on Saturday afternoon & early Sunday. On Saturday am, we put a "do not disturb" sign up while we went down for breakfast. Came back to the room & took the sign down. We went out to South Haven & returned about 4:00pm. Room was not done & I politely asked her why. She went to her list & mentioned the sign & told me the cleaning person was gone. Acted rude & bad attitude. Another person did clean the room later. On Sunday, the breakfast buffet was low on supplies & food (we went around 9:00). No tea at all. I do not drink coffee, so this was important to me. Again, asked this same person & told "no tea". She needs a customer service lesson. I will note that the management should have an additional person during breakfast service. Maybe she would givebetter service? With the attitude, not sure. Otherwise, with the exception of this manager, we had a nice time. This is our 3rd time at your place & would think we would be treated as a valuable & with the prospect of a returning guest.
