“Very Disappointed”

Was looking forward to trip to New Orleans. Chose Baymont Inn because we have such good luck with them. We arrived early and front desk made us wait until 3:00 on the nose to check in. There was a lobby full of people waiting for rooms as well. When we got our room, not in the best of shape. Dirty bathtub and closet doors leaning against wall (mirrored doors, not safe for children). Last night of our stay, fire alarm went off at 4:00 in the morning. Front desk would not answer phone to advise if false alarm or not. Needless to say, we checked out early. Staff very rude and not willing to assist. Asked three times for more towels and never got them.
