“The Worst”

It was the craziest thing i have ever experienced, we booked or room in 8/2013, came in town 2/12/2014. It looked descent from the outside and online, but not what we expected when we arrived. Went in our room and checked the beds cause it's a habit with all this bed bugs stuff lately. I pulled up the covers it was baby spiders in the bed and on the walls. Very scary and stressful. The worker let us see (3) other rooms and all rooms had baby spiders in the beds and walls, it was infested with spiders the hotel. He even told us they had problems before but it was treated suppositly. So they gave us our money back, but it was AllStar week so every other hotel was booked or extremely high. So we in up paying $200 for that night because we left who can sleep with spiders in the bed? Nobody!!! So, i called management that next day, she called a pest control to come in and put our other (4) days a little less money like $10 off, but when we came in the hotel the next day, we see a sign that says if we can't solve the problem that day, your room is free, the worker never told us that, he said if we didn't leave that night, we couldn't get our money back, our flight was late coming in that night. so just know it was 2 a.m. when we had to leave. So we asked management about that sign the next morning and she acted like she never heard of the sign and wouldn't give us a free night. We called Corporate and everything, and nothing was ever solved. It was family owned so it just was the worst service and hotel, i have ever been to. Im 34 years old and never had to experience that in my life!! Very Disappointed!!!
