“Check Out”

I have been staying there for a good while now before I go Offshore and it usually is pretty good . However this last time I observed as well as experienced a very Rude and bad attitude from an employee . I checked in and the lady that checked me in was friendly and made sure the room was cleaned before entering the room. Now when it was time for me to check out which was about 4:15 am I asked the lady at the front desk which was a different one than the one that checked me in to please email me a receipt . So she stated yes she would email me a receipt . Well I'm waiting for the receipt and didn't receive it so I called the hotel and asked her again to email me a receipt and she rudely stated in a very ugly tone of voice "I already sent it !" So I asked her to please resend it because I did not receive it and she tried to argue with me about it and she stated to me she will send it when she has time and hung up on me. That was not very professional nor courteous. I am a paying customer and there sure are way better hotels to stay at besides this one . In fact I do believe I will be looking into staying some where else after this incident.
