“Will not stay again”; Dec 08, 2012 , Milan; When I arrived at the airport, I called to hotel to inquire about the airport shuttle. I was informed that a 24 hour notice was required to use the shuttle. So 2 hours later and a $30 dollar cab ride, I finally arrived to find my room dusty and food on the floor. The fitness room was dirty with rusty equipment and no towels. I travel a lot for work and Alexandria is a frequent stop. I will not be staying at the Baymont.

Please accept my apologies for your frustration regarding the airport shuttle service. However; we do require a 24 hour advance reservation made and this is posted on all of our online advertising sites. We do not have a full time shuttle driver, as the number of airport shuttles in our small town are not enough to justify one. Therefore; we do have to have time to schedule a driver, hence the 24 hour scheduling. I also apologize for the problems you report you encountered with your room and our workout facility. I have addressed this issue with housekeeping. « hide
