“Hotel stay”; Mar 05, 2013 Vanessa D, Lake Charles; Only one staff working. Check in took longer than other times. AC was loud. Staff member had to plug the TV in the other socket because it did not turn on in the socket it was in. Late night quests were loud in hallway. I had to put the chain back on the toilet because it had came off when flushed.

We were a little short handed for a few days and apologize for the check in taking longer than normal. This situation has been taken care of.
