“Great staff, rooms need deep clean”; Jan 28, 2013 James B, Stockbridge; The carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Bathroom needs some caulking but were fairly clean. Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff did a good job cleaning what they could clean. The front office staff was very helpful, I stay at this facility a couple of times a year for 3-5 nights each time. This year i noticed it is really time for some deep cleaning or changing of the carpet.

Thank you for your recent review of our hotel. We always appreciate constructive criticism, as it helps us to see through our guests eyes where we need to improve. I'm sorry you were left with the impression of diry carpeting. We did in fact, shampoo all the carpeting approximately 2 months ago, however, we have had a lot of large groups staying with creates a lot of traffic and in turn creates wear and tracking on the carpeting. We were aware of the need for the carpets to be cleaned again, however; we had to wait until after the recent BOTT Conference in town to have enough empty rooms to be able to shut down rooms in order to deep clean. We hope that you will not be detered from staying with us again next year. « hide
