If room that you reserved did not meet your expectations , then you should have immediately notified guest service agent upon check-in for a room change. We do have Two Room King Size Bed suites with two Bathrooms, a queen pullout, a recliner in a separate room and other bigger rooms types available for an upgrade .There is a manager on duty or on call and a staff member 24 hours a day to assist guests with their special requests and/or any reported service issuesPlease be assured that we take critical comments such as yours very seriously and have forwarded your comments to the housekeeping department and corrective measures will be taken to avoid such a shortfall in the future. Dear GuestWe appreciate for your feedback and the fairness of your rating concerning your recent stay at our hotel.Our hotel is located in a upscale are of Louisville, KY. For safety and security of our staff , guests and for insurance liability reasons , we have to keep lobby locked from 11 pm - 6 am. I am sorry to learn that you found our bathrooms small. Unfortunately, we cannot change the original build-out of the hotel guest rooms or the bathroom size. I am glad to hear that our night manager was friendly and accommodating.It is sometimes extremely difficult for our staff to control such children who are inconsiderate about hotel guests. I am sure noise from children running can happen at any other hotel who accommodates sports teams.We offer several breakfast items above and beyond Baymont Breakfast Standards requirements and most of our guests enjoy variety of breakfast offered. However , I do understand every guest prefer different breakfast items .Please be assured that we take comments such as yours very seriously .Thank you for the fairness of your rating and we look forward to better serve you in near future. « hide
