“unbecoming of a business”

- TThis hotel was horrendous and the staff is rude. As my husband was getting out of the shower and I was getting in (both indecent) someone with a key walked into our room, unannounced. The hotel allowed double charges on my stay and refused to pay for it. The outlets were falling out of the wall. Management and staff talked down to me as a customer. I refuse to stay again just like management refused my refund for all the problems.
