“Friendly and Helpful”; Feb 05, 2013 Julie L, Dunstable; We arrived at the hotel in the early evening and the staff was outstandingly helpful. I am a Bicycle racer, and I was racing a World Championship, and I needed to be able clean my bicycle after a messy practice, the staff provided me with 'work' towels to clean up my bike.
