“worst experience I have ever had in a hotel”; Feb 27, 2013 Erin S, Lexington; This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was incredibly rude. She couldn't find our reservation on the first try and refused to look a second time, telling us we must have the wrong location. The room was dirty, it smelled terrible and the bed was covered with hair. There was no hot water the next morning to shower. Electrical outlet coverings were hanging from the wall and the outlet by the sink appeared to have burn marks on it. The room looked nothing like the photos online. I called the front desk the next morning and asked to speak with a manager...the call was never returned and the staff again was very rude.
