“Baymont Ky review”

There were so many things unpleasant about the stay. When we entered the room it was apparent that the caret had been cleaned because it was still damp and the ottoman was upside down. There was no remote for the television. I called down to the front desk and no one answered the phone. I went down the desk and let them know, I got one (with no back over the batteries. The next day after being out all day we came back to exactly the way we left the room. Apparent that no one had touched the room. The bed was unmade and nothing done to the bathroom. The elevator was getting a new floor so it was inoperable when we got back that evening. Thankfully we were only on the second floor. Upon getting back to the room, our key didn't work so we had to go back downstairs and have them reactivate the card and then walk back up the stairs. The carpeting in the hallway is worn and some places to the bare threads. The signs on the elevator are worn half off so there is no warning about not using in an emergency (although I agree most people should know this). We stayed in this hotel probably 4 years ago and it was terrible then also. It was a Quality Inn at the time. We are on a tight budget so thought we would try the hotel again since it had changed hands. Nothing had changed unfortunately. Also, the front desk has a digital picture from on it and half of the pictures are of when it was a Quality Inn. Our daughter and her family live in Georgetown so we are here often for visits. Usually we stay in the Microtel Inn but thought we would save a bit of money and your rates were $10.00 a night cheaper. We are back in the area for three more days and are back to the Microtel for this stay.
