“Spoiled Thanksgiving Weekend”

  , Dacula
My husband and I are senior citizens and have stayed at your facility a couple of times before. My husband is not well. Everything had been excellent before. This was not the case this time. We were traveling with my daughter and granddaughter this year. When we checked in there were boys from a football team in and out the exercise room and running through the halls while the adults who were suppose to be chaperoning watched a football game on the big screen in the lobby. The front desk staff seemed as though they were afraid to say anything to the adults. One child had an accident in the exercise room hurting his face. One of the adults did see about the child and asked the attendant on duty to lock the exercise room but the noise from the kids continued. When we got to our room some kids were in the room above us. It sounded like they were wrestling and jumping off the bed. My daughter called down to the front desk and complained but the noise continued. My daughter then went upstairs TWICE and asked them to be quiet (There was no adult in the room with the boys ). She saw some adults in the hall and spoke to them about the problem and they said they would take care of it BUT THE NOISE CONTINUED. The noise continued until my daughter tracked down the coach and about fifteen minutes later the noise stopped. I realized this was an unusual situation but maybe there should be a rule about an adult being in the room when kids are under fifteen. When we checked out the next morning did not eat in the dining area and we left feeling like we would never come back there again.
