“Every day I asked for the lock on the patio door to be...”

Every day I asked for the lock on the patio door to be fixed, as it was broken, but it was not fixed for the first 4 days. I was so afraid, I could not sleep at night. Also, as I needed the shuttle, I asked the front desk staff about it every day, and they stated they did not know the hours or if staff was even available to drive the shuttle. This caused me great hardship during my stay. One of the three machines in the fitness room did not work at all and one was in very poor working order. The food in the breakfast area was stale and one of the yogurts that I ate was out of date ( I did not notice at first). This gave me diarrhea. I could not get internet service in my room or the front lobby, neither could I get access to cell service at the hotel.
