1.) I want to first apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while lodging with us. We do make sure our rooms are clean, and it is shown in other reviews. It was unfortunate that the guest that stayed there before you, on purpose hung a condom on the sprinkler spout. I understand that it is hotel's responsibility to make sure that something like that is not in the room, but in our defense the sprinkler spout is not something that housekeepers clean, when they cleaned the room from the previous guest, they did find random unused condoms in the room and they went through all the places they could think of, like drawers floors, behind TV, etc, they could never imagine that one would be purposely placed on the sprinkler spout. I am hoping that other reviewers don't hold this against the hotel. The reservation came through Travelocity and the hotel had received some part of the payment that the guest made to Travelocity, we have refunded the whole amount that we had received from Travelocity, the guest may talk to Travelocity to receive full credit.Thank you « hide
