“Upon arrival, check-in night staff was efficient but when...”; Feb 20, 2013 Jean O, Colorado Springs; Upon arrival, check-in night staff was efficient but when asked about military discounts responded curtly since hotel was booked thru an alternate website instead of direct. Maid service was very good. Day staff for check out was helpful since express checkout was available.
