“Disappointed”

Overall, the experience was adequate, but not good. The beds were comfortable. The view was poor. Closet in separate bedroom was unusable (no bar or hooks to hang anything. No full length mirrior in suite. No mirror at all in separate bedroom. Fluorescent lights were too bright (made the room look institutional.) Lamp shades were damaged. Tile work and trim work throughout the room finished poorly. Internet connection did not work. Safes did not work. Breakfast was poor. No eggs. Heat it yourself only. Small eating area for full hotel. No attempt by staff to accomodate guests. Signs in eating area to make sure food was not taken to the room, but no where to eat in dining area. "Meeting room" adjacent left empty, could have been used. Towels were small and like sandpaper. Supplies in room were constantly understocked during our 4 night stay. Coffee pot not cleaned. Not enough cups. Had to ask for regular coffee (only decaf.) Not enough towels. Toilet paper fell apart during light use. Small box of kleenex would not last one day and was poor quality. Understaffed for spring break crowd. Pool very small. Exercise room very small.
