“Disappointed”; Oct 29, 2012 Tina D, Maquoketa; The hotel was nice. Staff was nice. But after staying the night and taking a shower the next morning found a pair of mens underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom behind the door. The manager was very appologetic, but unable to offer me any compensation as I had prepaid. It did not seem like they can even try to make things right if they do not have this option when you have a genuine complaint.
